Well-Beeing Garden

Our Well-Beeing garden is a community space available for patients at the James Wigg Practice to use whilst waiting for appointments. There is an ever-growing body of scientific evidence that gardens and gardening are good for our physical, mental and social wellbeing. Having something to nurture brings a sense of unpressured purpose to our lives.

So, we also run weekly volunteering slots so you can help in the garden, learn some new skills and keep fit.

Where, when & how?

Volunteers are currently meeting in the garden every Thursday afternoon at 2pm.
