We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Engage Here, to offer sensory art workshops for people living with neurodiversity or cognitive impairment.
Each workshop will focus on a different creative process with a view to stimulating the senses.
Talk for Health Cafes.
Talk for Health is a free programme in Talking for Wellbeing.
After coming to a taster special, then you can pop along to our Talk for Health Cafe, which happens on the first Monday of every month.

Emergency food packs are now available every Wednesday from the James Wigg Practice.
These are available to all James Wigg and Queens Crescent patients.
Advance Care Planning
Our 1-2-1 advance care planning appointments are run with the aim of helping people with terminal illnesses to create a Living Will.
Living Wills are beneficial because they allow the person choice & control at the end of their life.
Breathing for Wellbeing
Breathing for Wellbeing is a project bringing you simple and accessible breathing sessions to help people rediscover the power of the breath. The session will focus on its impact on managing health, preventing illness, and living happier, more fulfilling lives.
Anapana Meditation Session
Vipassana Meditation (as taught by SN Goenka) is a practical method that enables individuals to dissolve mental tensions, and as a result deal with day to-day challenges in more positive ways. Vipassana Meditation is open to all and is not connected to any religious organisation. All Vipassana courses are offered free of charge, running solely on donations.

Sing for Joy
Sing for Joy Kentish Town is a self-managed community choir of around 25 people with conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, including active helpers and carers. We also welcome others with long term health issues.
Bibs and Burps
Bibs and Burps is an online group chat from 11.30am to 12.30pm the last Tuesday of each month. Although it is mainly for the expectant and new parents, we would like to welcome parents of children at any age.
Drawn Together
Drawn Together is a creative community for adults using arts practices to support connection, explore ways of seeing, sensing and experiencing ourselves and one another, and deepening our curiosity.
Well-Beeing Garden
Our Well-Beeing garden is a community space available for patients at the James Wigg Practice to use whilst waiting for appointments. There is an ever-growing body of scientific evidence that gardens and gardening are good for our physical, mental and social wellbeing.
Citizens' Advice Bureau
CAB aim to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. CAB provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. The service are able to provide advice on benefits, debt, housing and much more.
Drawing for People with Aphasia
See the world in a different way. Drawing is a different way of thinking to language. This project is for people with aphasia who can’t draw and who have always wanted to learn. It is also for those who used to draw but don’t anymore or those that do draw but want to explore further.
Freedom to Make
Freedom to Make is our weekly textiles group, the facilitators Nessa and Maddie curate a blend of self-led sessions, alongside specific textiles skill building. Yet each session has community and collaboration at their core.
Dance for Parkinson’s
This class is especially designed for people with Parkinson’s and each session involves live music and dance run by experienced professionals. Our facilitators create an energetic and dynamic atmosphere in which to find joy, beauty and expression through movement.
